Heroshe was experiencing exponential growth between 2019 and 2020; its users had grown from a few thousand to 20K+. The previously built internal tools used to manage users and processes, would not be able to withstand its current level of growth. Also, a lot of processes needed changes and new functionalities had to be added, hence the need for a new internal tool, HERA.
